Join a small group, en plein air, (semi-sheltered outdoors) at the private, Golden Gate Yacht Club. Select your subject from the almost limitless vistas and capture what makes our locale so amazing!
Learn to select, simplify, and showcase your selected view in wondrous watercolor.
A constructive critique and then an optional lunch at the private Club (at the student’s expense) follow each instructional program.

Watercolor ~ Easy Fundamentals; February 7th, 14th and 21st , at the SF ARTroads studio
Three classes provide the artist with the basics; a solid foundation for watercolor painting. Lecture, demonstration, practice exercises, personal attention and reference handouts are included.
Students are expected to complete simple exercises between the sessions. A detailed material list will be provided to registrants. Student participation is encouraged and expected.

Paint Your Favorite Travel Photo; watercolor/ January 10th, 17th & 24th; three Saturdays, one tuition, in the SF ARTroads Studio
Move your favorite travel photo FROM your device and ONTO watercolor paper! Our focus is on standardized sizing, image selection and composition, transferring, drawing and using wondrous watercolor. All classes are in-person, at the ARTroads Studio, San Francisco. These classes are not for absolute-beginning watercolorists.
